Online Final Certificate of Acceptance (FCOA) for Retention Sum (RS) Claim

Dear Valued TM Suppliers,

For RS payment processing, TM is currently facing difficulty to view the system generated Online Final Certificate of Acceptance (FCOA) in SUS Portal due to system error. To ensure complete documents for payment processing, we therefore would like to request that you manually upload the online FCOA as an attachment as part of your claim.

Untuk tujuan pembayaran Retention Sum, pihak TM kini sedang mengalami kesukaran untuk memaparkan Online Final Certificate of Acceptance (FCOA) yang dijana oleh sistem kerana masalah teknikal.

Bagi memastikan proses pembayaran dapat dilakukan, pihak TM ingin memohon pihak Tuan/Puan untuk memuat naik FCOA yang dikeluarkan di bahagian lampiran sebagai salah satu dokumen sokongan yang diperlukan untuk proses pembayaran.

Pihak TM ingin memohon maaf di atas segala kesuliyan yang timbul. Kerjasam Tuan/Puan kami dahulukan dengan ucapan terima kasih.

Dear Valued TM Suppliers,

We would like to share DG Decision on issuance of tax invoices starting 1st September 2018. We wish to reiterate once again that the last submission of tax invoices to TM is on 31st October 2018 as you would be able to account the GST output in your GST Final Returns and TM can account the amount for our GST input tax claims in our Final GST Returns. TM will not proceed for payment of GST claim after 31 October 2018 and your invoice will be rejected.

Kindly be reminded to update your company SST information in GEMS SRM Portal to avoid any interruptions.

Dear our Valued Supplier,

In accordance to the announcement by Ministry of Finance (MOF) that Sales and Service Tax will be implemented effective from 1 September 2018 onwards.

You are required to update your registration SST ID at the SUS portal. Please refer to Guideline “How to update SST information at SRM SUS Portal”. Failure to do so, your supplier status will be tagged as Non-Registered (NR) SST Supplier. You will not be allowed to invoice TM with SST. TM has the right to reject the invoice and request for resubmission with tax code 0%.

Kindly be reminded that the invoicing rate depends on the Goods Receipt date as follows:

No Goods Receipt Invoicing
1 User update actual delivery date before 1st June 2018 With 6% GST
2 User update actual delivery between 1st June 2018 to 31st August 2018 With 0% GST
3 User update actual delivery after 1st September 2018 - For purchase not subjected to Sales Tax or Service Tax Without SST
4 User update actual delivery after 1st September 2018 - For purchase subjected to Service Tax With 6% ST
5 User update actual delivery after 1st September 2018 - For purchase subjected to Sales Tax @ 5% With 5% Sales Tax
6 User update actual delivery after 1st September 2018 - For purchase subjected to Sales Tax @ 10% With 10% Sales Tax

The following fees and charges are not subjected to Service Tax:

  1. New Supplier registration
  2. Existing Supplier registration renewal
  3. Supplier delisting
  4. Purchase of tender document
  5. Purchase of scrap materials

All TM Registered Suppliers are required to purchase the Tender Documents via online payment gateway in SUS Portal. Renewal of Supplier’s Registration

We are pleased to inform and emphasize that by default, TM’s suppliers registration shall only be valid for two (2) years effective from the registration or renewal date. You are kindly reminded that to ensure your company’s registration as TM’s registered supplier is still valid. This is to avoid from experiencing any transaction interruptions in the system, which includes both issuance of Purchase Order and online Invoicing submission. Please be informed that TM shall block online transactions for companies of which their registration with TM is no longer valid.

In order to check your current registration status, kindly logon to TM SRM-SUS Portal and select menu Additional Company Data. You can also refer to the Guideline for Registration Renewal. (Click here)

Integrity Pact

As a move towards encouraging work ethics and good governance at work, and to abolish graft, TM has taken the initiative to implement Integrity Pact, which is an agreement between TM and TM’s suppliers to abstain from corrupt practices, collusion and various forms of graft. Kindly be informed that it is mandatory for TM’s suppliers to declare acceptance to the above Integrity Pact or Agreement during registration and renewal process.
